Who We Are

Founder

PTMA was founded to close the gap between plans on paper and performance under pressure. With experience spanning crisis operations, training, and risk reduction, our founder focuses on solutions teams can actually use.

With over 20 years of experience between operational planning, mental health counseling, emergency & crisis management, and security operations, our founder brings a multifaceted approach to risk mitigation and organizational resilience. Their career spans across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors that include corporate campuses, medical facilities, municipalities, and large venues.

Key contributions include:

  • Developing & implementing emergency response and crisis management procedures
  • Serving on organization safety boards
  • Coordinating multi-agency responses to critical incidents in healthcare and community settings
  • Designing and leading large-scale training initiative for public safety personnel and organizational staff
  • Providing counseling-informed support during crisis response to enhance safety planning and behavioral risk awareness
  • Managing safety and operational logistics for large-scale events

This diverse blend of operational and human-focused expertise enables PTMA to deliver solutions that are both practical and mindful of the people that they serve.
